These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TalentLink+ pre-screening portal and related HR services, operated by Talentlink Plus Pty Ltd (ABN 84 681 397 339). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
TalentLink+ provides a public candidate pre-screening portal, background-check facilitation, and recruitment and HR support services to employers and recruiters (“Customers”).
Customers must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Candidates are not required to create an account to apply for a role.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. A 14-day free trial is available on the Starter plan. Fees are agreed with each Customer directly and may be updated with notice. Subscriptions may be cancelled with 7 days notice.
You must not use TalentLink+ to collect, screen or store information unlawfully, to discriminate against candidates on any protected ground, or to use candidate data for any purpose other than genuine recruitment.
As an employer or recruiter, you are responsible for ensuring your use of screening questions and background checks complies with applicable employment, anti-discrimination and privacy law in your jurisdiction.
TalentLink+ retains all rights in the portal, its software and content. Customers retain ownership of the candidate and role data they submit.
Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only to perform these Terms.
Our services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that background checks will be error-free or that any candidate will be suitable for a role.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Either party may terminate for convenience with 7 days notice, or immediately for material breach.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
