TalentLink+ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses our recruitment pre-screening portal and HR services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to Talentlink Plus Pty Ltd (ABN 84 681 397 339) and is prepared in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
From candidates: name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, your CV and supporting documents, answers to role-specific screening questions, and the results of any identity or background checks you consent to.
From recruiters and employers: name, business contact details, company information and billing details.
Automatically: limited technical information such as browser type and IP address when you use our portal.
Directly from you when you complete a role application, contact us, or use the portal; and from third parties such as background-check providers, where you have given consent.
To operate the pre-screening portal and match candidates to roles; to carry out identity, right-to-work, police and reference checks with your consent; to communicate with you; to provide HR support services to our employer customers; to improve our services; and to meet our legal obligations.
We may disclose personal information to: the employer or recruiter advertising the role you applied for; background-check and verification providers; our IT and hosting providers; and professional advisers, or as required by law. Third parties we currently work with include: [List of sub-processors / third-party services].
Candidate and Customer records are held in Australia and are not disclosed to overseas recipients.
Two limited exceptions apply to our website. Enquiries submitted through the contact form on this site are transmitted by our email delivery provider, Resend, which processes messages outside Australia (currently in Japan) before they are delivered to our Australian mailbox. Our website is also served through a global content delivery network, which necessarily processes visitors' IP addresses outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, but they are not subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and you may not be able to seek redress under that Act in respect of them. If you would prefer that your enquiry not be handled this way, you can email us directly at hr@talentlinkplus.com.au.
Candidate and Customer information is stored on servers located in Australia and protected with industry-standard security controls, including encryption in transit and at rest. We retain personal information for 7 years, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified. Website enquiries are subject to the overseas processing described in section 5.
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or lodge a complaint about how we've handled it, by contacting our Privacy Officer at hr@talentlinkplus.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
We do not use cookies or analytics tools on this website.
